To keep health care professionals informed about our services and products, we hosted four dedicated sessions in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions provided an opportunity to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>share an update on our mandate as the sole distributor of human tissues ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>review strategic communication methods ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>present the tools and practical guides developed by our team ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>revisit pricing lists and equivalency lists ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>answer your questions and gather your valuable feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions were an excellent occasion to engage directly with our team of experts and clarify key topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your presence and contributions were essential in enriching these discussions and strengthening our collaboration. We have identified a need for training on this product family, based on the preliminary data we gathered on distribution trends since the mandate has come into effect, and on conversations with some of our consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To address this need, H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec has put together a series of information sessions on DBM products, in collaboration with LifeNet Health (February&nbsp;24 and 25, 2025) and Bioventus, for the OsteoAMP line (March&nbsp;19 and 20, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions were developed to help participants better understand our products and to present the products introduced to Qu\u00e9bec (LifeNet Health) since our sole distributor mandate took effect. H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec also wanted to understand how we can support the healthcare system in a needs-based approach to selecting these products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These sessions were an invaluable opportunity to ask questions and talk to our team of experts. As of that date, H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec will be solely responsible for supplying and distributing human tissue across the entire Qu\u00e9bec health care network, thereby consolidating its role in delivering human tissue products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be assured that as a strategic partner of Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s health and social services network, H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec is committed to going above and beyond for our shared mission of providing Quebecers with high-quality human tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec is proud to be tasked with this mandate by the Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 et des Services sociaux. This centralization process will simplify supply management in order to better meet hospitals\u2019 needs, enhance patient safety and improve traceability for human tissue and how it is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your role and expertise are vital to H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s success in this mandate, and so your involvement in the continuous improvement process for distributing human tissue is critically important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To that end, H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec held information sessions in September and October&nbsp;2024 about its new role as the sole distributor of human tissue.
