Only qualified persons must be allowed to handle Tissues. In no circumstances whatsoever should the Client ever assign or otherwise transfer Tissues to a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec hereby denies and disclaims any kind of liability in regards to the failure of the Client or of any surgeon to comply with instructions it (or any manufacturer) has provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the Tissues provided to the Client are for human grafts or transplants only. Tissues shall not be used for any other purposes, including research or educational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the resale and redistribution of Tissues supplied by H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DELIVERIES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec or one of its business partners will deliver the Tissues to the point of delivery the Client identified on their purchase order. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that once they have been delivered to such a location, the Tissues will become the Client\u2019s sole, exclusive, and absolute responsibility. Should it prove impossible to deliver the Tissues to said location, any delivery made to any other adequate location agreed upon by the parties shall yield the same results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery deadlines may vary according to the Tissues\u2019 nature and point of origin. The deadlines mentioned below are only meant to provide a general estimate of the time it usually takes H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec to process a regular order. An estimated date of delivery will eventually be provided to the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processed Tissues H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec either has in stock or is able to order from a third-party supplier:<\/strong><br>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec may ship Tissues manufactured by a third-party \u2013 in which case the relevant packaging might identify the manufacturer in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders received before 3:00 PM are usually delivered within two (2) business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders received after 3:00 PM are usually delivered within three (3) business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURN OF TISSUES<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec will only agree to a return of Tissues in the following instances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Tissues delivered do not comply with the specifications of the purchase order;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Tissues are otherwise non-compliant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the requested return occurs prior to the expiration date of the shipment box, the shipment box must remain unopened and its temper-evident seal must still be intact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the return of any Tissues for one of the reasons stated above, the Client must obtain a return approval from H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec and comply with all the instructions the latter will provide regarding the return or disposal of Tissues (as the case may be).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Tissues involved in a Direct Delivery shall be returned to H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s supplier in accordance with the instructions H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec will issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any and all requests submitted to H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec with respect to alleged Non-Compliant Tissues must be supported by conclusive evidence (photographs, measurements, descriptions, etc.) and other information likely to confirm such non-compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any unauthorized or otherwise non-compliant return of Tissues could result in the Client\u2019s credit being cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec shall, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine what credit must be awarded to the Client on account of the cost of the relevant Tissues and of all relevant shipment, delivery, return, and disposal charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-20be11b6 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/catalogue-tissushumains.hemaquebec.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PUB-000033-Modalites_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">DOWNLOAD TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/catalogue-tissushumains.hemaquebec.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Politique-Retour-Dowels_TH-HQ_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Download the Dowels return policy<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TISSUES TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS The Client must always use Tissues in accordance with the instructions provided by H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec and\/or the relevant manufacturer.
